Vii went and got his helmet and goggles. They are pretty cool. Once vii left for work one day Nathan had a little fun. He tried on the helmet. It was pretty heavy. Then he tried on the goggles. The fit perfectly. :) I think he thought they tasted better than they looked.


Then Aunt Amy thought she could look as cool as he is. Don't tell her but i am not to sure the look is that good for her. Thank goodness she is already married because i think it would be over.

Laughter is priceless

Nathan and vii had fun playing on the floor one night. They were playing for so long then i thought i would video the fun. I don't know how anyone could watch this video with out laughing. If you need a "picker upper" just watch. :) i'm not sure who laughed harder.Dad, mom or nathan.

Welcome Green Machine

So the Green machine has now officially entered our family. We picked it up on tuesday. I meet vii at the shop and he drove it home. I followed him. It was kind of funny to see him ride it, but by the time we got to it's temporary home Vii looked normal on it. It is definetly wild. We went to Amy's house and she rode it around. The scariest thing about it is there are no seat belts, and no barriers. The outside world is now right there. Once we got to Amy's we had to take family pictures. I think Nathan thinks it's his. He will have to fight his dad. :)

My 1st Mother's Day

Well this is my 1st Mother's Day. When we got up i had Vii take nathan for a little bit so i could make the bed and such. Then when i came out of the bedroom nathan had a bag in his lap. It had two cupcake silicone pans and a bag of Peanut M& M's. How sweet. Then Vii made me breakfast. It was fun. It wasn't breakfast in bed but it was a wonderful breakfast that we could sit and eat together all made by Vii. Then i also received a Scooter. I got to pick the color and of course i would pick a bright bold color. I think Vii got it so that i would stop stressing about gas prices. Most likely he will be taking it to work and it holds 1 gallon of gas but can go 80-100 miles on just that tank. This will be so great on saving a little $$$. I know everyone is feeling the pain of gas prices so i think you can understand. So my present was less worring. I think it looks so cute. Who knew we would have to get Motorcycle license though. So I probably won't be riding it real soon.

Nathan's first Ear infection

Since Thursday Nathan has not been his self. He has been very needy. We were all losing sleep each night. Nathan just could not stay comfortable. I think we did all the No No's in the book with sleep but at that point who cares i will do what i have to to get a little sleep. Then on Friday night there was absolutely NO sleep for any of us. I think we each got 2 staight hours. So on saturday we relaxed and slowly went through the day. In the evening he was getting worse so i took him to Instacare and found out he had an ear infection in the left ear. Poor guy he was really uncomfortable and we had no idea. So Saturday night I put him to bed in his carseat so he could be upright. He slept till 2 or 3 and then slept in Vii's arms on the couch till 5 or 6 and then finally in bed with me till 9. It was great. He was sleeping so much better. He looked so comfortable on our bed. I never thought i would beg for any kind of sleep. We are just happy he is feeling better

I was sitting in the front with nathan just playing and thought i would take some pictures(you can never have too many pictures). Everytime i brought the camera out he would smile. I thought it was so funny. So i thought i would try and video tape him. Knowing that becuase i wanted him to do it, it would not happen. Well low and behold nathan did perform. WOW. When i watch this shot it makes me laugh everytime. Isn't he so cute!!!

Later on sunday Amy and the three younger boys (Jonah, Caleb and Logan) came over and played. We took a nice long walk and hung out on the grass. The boys stopped just for a second to take a picture.
