It is so open and inviting. We are so happy with how it turned out.

Bedtime Stories

Before bed Nathan gets a story read to him. Then he gets time to read the story by himself. Each night I came is I found him fast asleep with the books.

The "Before" pictures

June was a busy month. We demolished the kitchen. It was so much fun tearing out the Cupboards and then the counter tops. When it came to scraping the floor, now that was not fun.

This is how much scraping was done till we decided it was not worth it.

We decided that it was easier to just concrete the floor then try and scrape off all the linoleum.

We had a friend Clark come and lay the concrete.

Then after a lot of "doing" and "undoing" we decided to call for back-up.

Thank goodness Clark came to help. Vii and Clark did an awesome job and we are so grateful.
